MWC Partners and Yocuda Launch Integrated Digital Receipt and Customer Display Solution with Cegid Retail Live Store
MWC Partners and Yocuda are delighted to announce the successful integration of MWC’s customer-facing screen extension for Cegid Retail with Yocuda’s market-leading digital receipt solution.
This new integration enhances the in-store experience by enabling customers to scan a unique QR code displayed on the customer-facing screen during the checkout process. While the salesperson completes the transaction at the POS, the customer simply scans the code with their mobile device to initiate the digital receipt process.
Upon scanning, a holding page launches in the customer’s mobile browser, notifying them that their digital receipt will appear shortly. Once the transaction is validated and payment is confirmed, the page updates automatically within seconds, displaying the full receipt, right on their phone. Shoppers can then easily and conveniently download the receipt as a PDF or email it to themselves.
