Wow - what a night!
The atmosphere at The HAC in London was electric as the Retail Technology Innovation Hub (RTIH) Awards celebrated another year of remarkable progress in retail innovation. Now in its fifth year, the event brought together some of the industry’s most visionary retailers, technology providers, and digital transformation leaders.
When we were told we were nominated for not one but four RTIH Innovation Awards, we were incredibly honoured. So we were over the moon to discover we had won the “Omnichannel Retail Initiative Of The Year” on the night, for our digital receipt rollout with Longchamp.
From AI-powered customer experiences to cutting-edge omnichannel solutions, the awards showcased the best examples of how technology is reshaping retail for the modern shopper.
This category recognises retail projects that seamlessly connect physical and digital shopping experiences, empowering customers to move effortlessly between store, online, and mobile channels.
The judging panel selected Yocuda’s digital receipt project with Longchamp as a standout example of how innovative technology can unify the in-store and online experience while enhancing sustainability and customer engagement.
Through Yocuda’s solution, Longchamp has accelerated the digitalisation of its store operations, replacing traditional paper receipts with branded, interactive digital receipts that extend the conversation beyond the checkout.
These receipts not only reduce waste, but also enable personalised post-purchase engagement, helping Longchamp to maintain strong customer relationships and create a true omnichannel journey.
Over 590,000 digital receipts delivered in one year
73% average open rate
5.5% average click-through rate
Increased personalisation
Maintained and improved customer relationships
Yocuda’s Partnerships Manager, Jamie, proudly collected the trophy on behalf of the team.
“It was such an inspiring evening. Seeing the incredible innovations across the retail industry and being recognised for our work with Longchamp made the night truly special.”
A huge thank you to RTIH, the judging panel, and our incredible partners at Longchamp for their collaboration, trust, and shared vision for a more connected, sustainable retail experience.
