Today, we’re diving into our ‘Meet the Team’ feature with Stefan Joksic, one of our behind-the-scenes wizards, also known as our Sales Engineer. From tech adventures to supermarket escapades, Stefan spills the beans on his Yocuda journey and what makes him tick!
When did you join Yocuda, and where is your office based?
I joined the Yocuda team right at the start of 2023. I am based between the London office and my living room!
What is your job title, and what does your role typically involve?
I’m a Sales Engineer and as part of my job, I make sure that Yocuda’s solution allows clients to build better relationships with their customers. I also lead our client onboarding process for our digital receipts.
Tell us a bit about your background and what you were doing before you joined Yocuda?
Before joining Yocuda, I worked in the tech world for over six years. Mostly I have been involved in client-facing roles in adserving and online PR.
What is the best thing about your job?
Chatting! I enjoy communicating the benefits of our world-class technology solutions and putting it in the context of client-relevant KPIs. It’s great to show how we can make a real difference and, like Yocuda, I am a firm believer in personalisation.
What is your favourite type of retail store to shop in?
Supermarkets are the best! Honestly, I can get lost in the milkshake section – it’s my personal Disneyland. Grocery shopping is a joy, as long as it involves milkshakes!
What is your favourite app or technology and why?
This is a tough question, but I love to travel, so the winner is anything that scores me a cheaper flight. A big shoutout to Kiwi.com and momondo for being the travel wizards in my life.

Hold onto your hats – I’m that guy who enjoys pineapple on pizza. Yeah, it can be a bit controversial, but life’s too short not to enjoy the unexpected, right?
